10th August 2026, NW Security Group has been awarded named supplier status on the new G-Cloud 15 framework contract (procurement reference RM1557.15) issued by Government Commercial Agency (GCA).
NW’s supplier award on the new G-Cloud 15 framework is for Lot 2b – Software as a Service (SaaS) and Lot 3 – Cloud Support Services (Additional Support Services). Under the agreement NW will offer to public sector organisations, including local and central government, education, emergency services and NHS, the Milestone Arcules Video Surveillance as a Service (VSaaS) platform, complete with additional support services such as camera installation, maintenance, call-outs, user training and helpdesk support.
What are the benefits to public sector buyers?
Due to NW’s G-cloud 15 listing, it will be easier for public sector organisations to procure the Milestone Arcules Cloud-based CCTV solution and start taking benefit from the smart, advanced features that the Arcules VSaaS platform offers to improve public safety, building security and operational intelligence. The range of options NW offers with Milestone Arcules extends beyond just cloud-based camera surveillance and also includes the deployment of 4G wireless Axis cameras and standalone solar-powered CCTV towers in remote locations, as well as a wide range of AI-powered video analytics, with the inclusion of information dashboards, that can be used for managing specific operational or safety problems.
GCA Digital Marketplace and G-Cloud 15
The Digital Marketplace is a portal operated by Government Commercial Agency (GCA) to facilitate public sector procurement of advanced digital products and services offered by GCA pre-approved companies following a supplier assessment against the criteria and conditions set out in GCA framework contracts specific to the different types of digital services on offer.
G-Cloud 15 is one of those frameworks and is specifically created by GCA for cloud-based computing services such as cloud software hosting and support. Within G-Cloud 15, different cloud products and services are further differentiated by means of Lots. So NW is an approved supplier for Lot 2b – SaaS and Lot 3 – Cloud Support Services (Additional Support Services) but not for the other lots within the G-Cloud 15 framework (1a IaaS and PaaS, 1b high security IaaS and PaaS, and 2a i-SaaS).
G-Cloud 15 was launched by GCA in August 2026 and will run for four years. It is the improved successor to G-Cloud 14, which ends in October 2026.
